It's really, really fast. Most orders are shipped the same or next day and only take 2-3 days to arrive. Sometimes during huge sales there can be a slight delay, we are a small team after all but we try very hard! All orders are printed and packed by hand in our production facility located in Northwest Arkansas (USA). We're partnered with USPS and Fedex to make sure all packages, USA and international, arrive lightning fast.
The softest plush spun fleece fabric in the whole world is also very delicate. These important care instructions are essential for a healthy hoodie :) Tie little knots in the string ends to keep it in the hoodie. Wash alone or with only soft clothes. Use only cold water on the most gentle/delicate cycle possible. ALWAYS air dry to keep the fabric healthy and the size giant! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
