Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email and notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

There is often some processing time from your bank or card issuer before a refund is posted, this is normal.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first email help@gianthoodies.com so we can first try to help, but it also helps us know to be on the lookout for your package.

Please make sure the shipping label has your name as the sender so we know who to refund. Including your order number on a piece of paper inside is also helpful but not necessary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take will vary.

Product Questions

Our super soft, lightweight, plush-spun fabric blended products are printed by hand in the United States and packed with love in an eco-friendly, sustainable, recyclable cardboard box- with a free sticker and hand-written thank you card!

No special care is needed for your Giant Hoodie, although we recommend the following guidelines to lower the amount of shrinking that happens when washing: 

-Machine wash warm, inside out
-Wash with like colors
-Only non-chlorine bleach
-Tumble dry low
-Medium iron (don't iron designs)
-Do not dry clean

Use the washer's gentle cycle. Slow agitation and shorter washes will protect your clothes (hand washing is even more gentle). Sort clothes properly and only wash with delicate items. Do not overload the washer.

Avoid the clothes dryer and hang dry if possible. If using a dryer, only dry for the least amount of time to lessen abrasion caused by other fabrics.

To remove pilling, carefully use a fabric comb or a pill/fuzz remover that shaves the pills from the surface of the garment. Only do this if necessary, and take extreme care while attempting.

Shipping

The best way to know where your order may be after purchasing is to check your email. You will get these emails from us automatically: 

"Order #_____ confirmed" - a receipt that gives you an important order number that's now in line to be printed and packed. This will stay here for a few days depending on how many orders are before yours. We print these by hand for every customer, please be patient. We will automatically send a tracking number once the order is printed and shipped.

A shipment from order #_____ is on the way" - this email has a tracking number! You can click that tracking number to see where your package is along the way. It will also update every time the package makes it to a new city on the way to you.

A shipment from order #_____ is out for delivery" - this email means you should be getting your order that day! Sometimes it can be delayed a day or two though, so double check the tracking number as it updates.

A shipment from order #_____ has been delivered" - this email means your package should be in the mailbox, lockbox, by the door, or somewhere that your packages normally get delivered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for domestic United States customers, and international customer shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Dispatch Time

Production time is typically 2-4 business days, except during busy and popular times of the year where this could be extended. Shipping times after production depend on location of the order destination, however this is usually 2-4 business days for USA customers (international customers will see shipping options during checkout).

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

International Duties and Taxes

International customers outside of the United States may be responsible for paying duties and taxes on their shipments.
